WHEREAS, the City Council , by_ resolution passed
and adopted on the day of OctooerYr-, 1929 , or-
dered the "ihitewey Improvement ^• 1' , District
"1-12 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses
fsaid
improvement , and whereas due notice b:, publication
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the r`, day of October , 1929 ,
at the City Hall in said City , at 10:00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said 'ghiteway
Improvement W`=i-12 , District 'Al-l2 , be and the same is
hereby confirmed. and the City Council hereby declares
its intention of oroceedinP with City Forces.
