Resolution 2100 RESOLUTION NO. 2100
WHEREAS, The Gas Company of Miami Beach, Inc.
proposes to make application to the War DepartTent for
permission to construct a submarine gas main accross
the channel between Belle Isle & Rivo Alto Island,
within the municipal limits of Miami Beach , Florida,
as shown upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED SUBMARINE GAS 4AIN
ACROSS CHANNEL
BETWEEN BELLE ISLE & RIVO ALTO ISLAND
APPLICATION BY US. CO . OF . IAMI BEACH, INC.
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA OCT. 14, 1929. 9
and ,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council , and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Gas
Company of Miami Beach , Inc . will not interfere with
any plans for work which the said City Council has
in view ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida., in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waives , and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
