WHEREAS, The Gas Company of Miami Beach , Inc.
Proposes to make application to the War Department
for permission to construct a submarine gas main
across the channel at the Miami Beach drawbridge of
the Dade County Causeway, within the municipal lim-

APPLICATION BY GAS CO. OF MIAMI BEACH, INC .
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA OCT. 14-, 1929"
and,
WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council , and
WHEREAS , the work contemplated by the said Gas
Company of Miami Beach , Inc. will not interfere with
any plans for work which the said City Council has
in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled , that the said City Council waives , and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
