RESOLUTION N O. 2105
WHEREAS, The has Company of ^; iami Beach, Inc.
has on deposit with the City of Miami Beach the sum
of Twenty-Five Thousand ( {25 ,000.00) Dollars ,
de-
posited with said City under Section 8 of Ordinance
o . , dance beim the
franchise o1 the saia Gas Company, and
WHEREAS, it has been satisfactorily made to
appear to the City Council of said City , that the
said Gas Company has in all ways complied with the
requirements provided under said Section b of said
Ordinance No. 200 , and
'THEREAS , the said ordinance provides that when
said c,rantees shall have complied with the orovisions
of said Section 8 , said funds together with any and
all income derived therefrom shall be promptly re-
