RESOLUTION NO. 2110
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF NIA:I BEACH,
FLORIDA, VACATING A PORTION OF TELFTH
STREET IMEDIATELY SOUTH OF LOT EIGHT ,
BLOCK SIXTY-FOUR, OCEAN BEACH ADDITION
NO. 3 , AS PER PLAT RECORDED Ii PLAT BOOK
2 , PAGE 81 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF DADE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND GRANTING SUCH VA-
CAT :D PORTION THEREOF TO HARRY L. BAKER.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
SECTION 1: That th,et portion of the north side of Twelfth
Street , immediately adjacent to Lot Eight of
Block Sixty-Four , Ocean Beech Addition No. 3 , being forty-
eight (i+o) hundredths of one foot in width , immediately
south of and adjacent to said lot , be end the same is here-
by veceted and the use of such vacated portion of said
Street be and the same is hereby granted to Harry L. Baker ,
subject to the proviso hereinafter contained.
PROVIDED, HO1EV R, that if the building now on
said premises and covering the above described land is ever
moved, demolished , destroyed by fire or rebuilt , then the
above vacation of said portion of Twelfth Street and the
grant of the use of the same shall be immediately revoked ,
termineted •e J ^bsolutely voided without any action on the
