WHEREAS, reor, e Harrison Phelps proposes to make
application to the 'Tar Department for permission to
construct a boat landing in Indian Creek off Lot 31 of
Indian Beach Corporation' s Amended Subdivision, within
the municipal limits o` AErni BE^C , Florida , F.: shown
upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING
IN INDIAN CREEK AT MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
APPLICATION BY ^FORGE HARRISOL PHELPS
BY (SIGNED) GEORr E HARRISON PHELPS
DATE DECEMBER 6, 1529"
and,
WHEREAS , said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, end
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said George
Harrison Phelps will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THLREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach , Florida , in lef•al meeting assem-
bled , that the said City Council ,--:caves, and it does
hereby waive , all objections to the aei proposed con-
struction.
