SK-62 Improvement SK-62
WHEREAS, the City Council , by resolution passed
and adopted on the 18th day of December , 1929 , or-
dered the Sidewalk Improvement SK-62, District
SK-62 , and the City Engineer , under direction of the
City Council , has prepared and filed with the City
Clerk plans and specifications of such improvement
and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an es-
timate of the cost of the incidental expenses of said
improvement , and whereas due notice by publication as
required by the City Charter has been made that the
City Council would on the 2nd day of January , 1930
at the City Hall in said Oity , at 10: 00 o' clock A. M. ,
receive and hear remonstrances of all interested per-
sons to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no remonstrances having been
presented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach , Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council orders said Sidewalk
Improvement SIC-62 , District SK-62 I be and the same is
hereby confirmed , and the City Council hereby declares
its intention of proceeding with City Forces.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January,
