Resolution 2123 RESOLUTION NO. 2123
WHEREAS, C . R. Lindback proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a wharf in Indian Creek off Lot 19, Block 1-A,
Beach View Subdivision, within the municipal limits
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon
drawing marked:
"PROPOSED WHARF ON INDIAN CREEK
AT MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY C. R. LINDBACK
DEC. 18, 1929. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said C. R.
Lindback will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meet-
, ing assembled, that the said City Council waives, and
it does hereby waive, all objections to the said pro-
posed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D.
1930.
