A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF SIDEWALK IM-
PROVEMENT.
SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENT SK-61 DISTRICT SK-61
WHEREAS, Sidewalk Improvement SK-61, District
SK-61, has been completed and acceptance of said im-
provement recommended by the City Manager and City
Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o 'clock A. M. , January 15th,
1930, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons in-
terested in or affected by the said improvement as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D.
