A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJECTIONS TO
THE ACCEPTANCE OF TWO HIGHWAY IM-
PROVEMENTS .
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
H-105 and H-106 H-105 and H-106
WHEREAS, Highway Improvements H-105 and H-106, Dis-
tricts H-105 and H-106, have been completed and acceptance
of said improvements recommended by the City Manager and
City Engineer,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with the Charter
of said City, that a meeting of the City Council will be
held at 10 o 'clock A. M. , January 15th, 1930, at the
City Hall, at which time and place said City Council
will hear any objections of persons interested in or af-
fected by the said improvements as to the acceptance there-
of by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D.
