BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as required by the
Charter of said City, that at a meeting of said City
Council to 'be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. Y. , January
15th, 1930, it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated im-
provement as to the acceptance thereof, and no objec-
tions having been ipresented, said improvement , as com-
pleted, •be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January,
A. D. 1930.
