RESOLUTION NO. _ 2132
DISTRICT SR-121 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR.-121
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR. 12l The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta Sanitary
Sewer, or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer, andnecessary
manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the North curb of West Twenty—Eighth Street,
produced Easterly, from a point at or near the West
curb of Pine Tree Drive to a point at or near the East
curb of Pine Tree Drive;
At or near the East curb of Pine Tree Drive from a
point near the North curb of West Twenty—Eighth Street,
produced Easterly, to a point at or near the center of
West Thirty—Third Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6" Concrete Sewer
Lateral from main sewer to the line of approximately
each one hundred feet of adjacent property; as a part
of the main improvement.
As said Streets and Drive are shown on Plate recorded
in Plat Book No. 10, at Page 3; and Plat Book No. 4,
at Page 154 of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
And it is hereby directed that the material, nature
and character of said improvement be subsequently
determined in conformity with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of prelimina±y and other surveys, the inspection
and superintendence of the work, the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate, the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings, the preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-121, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-121.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, A. D., 1930.
