Resolution 2135 RESOLUTION NO. 2135
WHEREAS, G. M. Hillenbrand proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a boat landing off Lot 14, Block 2, Beach View
Addition, within the municipal limits of Miami Beach,
Florida, as shown upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING
FOR G. M. HILLENBRAND
Lot 14 - BLOCK 2, BEACH VIEW ADD.
CONTINENTAL CONST . CO .
CONTRACTORS & ENG.
MIAMI, FLA 1/6/30"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered 'by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said G. M.
Hillenbrand will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meet-
ing assembled, that the said City Council waives, and
it does hereby waive, all objections to the said pro-
posed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, A. D.
1930.
