Resolution 2136 RESOLUTION NO. 2136
WHEREAS, Oscar Webber proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a. dock in Biscayne Bay off Lot 23 and the North Half of
Lot 24, Block 1, Nautilus Subdivision, within the muni-
cipal limits of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as
shown upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED DOCK IN BISCAYNE BAY AT MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY OSCAR WEBBER
(DATE) 12-16-29

and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Oscar
Webber will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting as-
sembled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed construc-
tion.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of January, A. D.
1930.
