RESOLUTION NO. 2178_
DISTRICT SR—141 SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-141
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is hereby
ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth its intention
to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR—I41 The laying underground of an 8" Terra Cotta
Sanitary Sewer or an 8" Concrete Sanitary
Sewer, and necessary manholes and appurte—
nances,
At or near the center line of Chat Avenue
from a point at or near the center line of
W. Thirty—Seventh Street to a point three
hundred and thirty feet North of the said
center line of W. Thirty—Seventh Street;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta, or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral from main Sewer to the
Street line of Lot 13, Block 8 of First
Addition to mta—Golf Subdivision, as a part
.aln improvement;
As said Avenue, Lot, Block and Subdivision
are shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book
No. 7, Page 161 of the Public Records of
Dade County, Florida,
And it is hereby directed that the material ,
nature and character of said improvement
be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions,
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with the
City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said improvement
and an estimate of the cost of each, including an estimate of the
cost of the expenses of preliminary and other surveys , the inspection
and superintendence of the work , the preparation of plans and
specifications and estimate , the printing and publication of notices
and proceedings , the preparation of bonds , interest during construction,
legal services, abstracts, etc. , and ay other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provided for; and
the estimated amount to be assessed against each front foot of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assessments
and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-141, and the property
against which assessments therefor may be made for the cost thereof
shall be designated as District SR-141.
