SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-121 SR-121
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and

adopted on the 15thdayof Ja mart' , 1930, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer improvement SR-121, District SR-121, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,

has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications o f such improvement and an estimate ofthe

cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due
no -
ticey publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 29th day of
January 1930, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock receive and hear objections of all persons

at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE,ORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Hiami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of

SR-121, District SR-121, 'be and the same is hereby con-
firmed,
on-firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
of proceeding with City Forces .
