SANITARY SEWER DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SR-141 SR-141
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 22nd day of January , 1930, ordered the
9Pnit-ry Sev I=ovement SR-141, District SR-141, and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has pre-oared and -Piled witt-, the city Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
, tice by putlication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 5th day of
February , 1930, 7-,t the City Hall in said ("pity at 10:00
o 'clock A. ::. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to :he confirmation of said resolution orderinp:
said improvement, and no objections having teen presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the ity Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Svnitar:r Sewer Improvement
SR-141, District SR-147 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed, and the City Council hereby declares its intention
to proceed with City Forces.
