DISTRICT H-109 HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-109
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
H-109 ALLEY BETWEEN LINCOLN ROAD AND SEVENTEENTH STREET:
From the East Line of Alton Road to a point nine
and one-half feet east of the West Line of Lenox
Avenue, and from a point nine and one-half feet
west of the East Line of the said Lenox Avenue to
a point nine and one-half feet east of the West
Line of Michigan Avenue , and from a. point nine and
one-half feet west of the East Line of the said
Michigan Avenue to a point nine and one-half feet
east of the West Line of Jefferson Avenue, to be
paved, and where heretofore paved, to be repaved,
to a width of twenty feet , with a Bituminous Wear-
ing Surface on a 10" Rock Base , with necessary
drainaRe, sewer inlets, manholes and catch basins,
as said Alley, Roads, Avenues aria Street are shown
on Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 6, Pages 5, 29,
and 30, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing end publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
pargtion of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser-
vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid-
ed for; and the estimated amount to 'be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement 11,109, and the
property against which assessments therefor may 'be made for
the cost thereof shall 'be designated as District H-109.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A. D. 1930.
