RESOLUTION NO. 2148
District FL-112 HIGHWAY IMPROVE-
MENT H-112
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
H-112 LINCOLN ROAD: From the West Line of Alton Road
to the West Line of the Alley between the said
Alton Road and -Test Avenue , to be paved , and
where heretofore paved, to be repaved, to a width
of forty-nine feet , with a Bituminous Wearing
surface on a 10" Rock Base, with necessary drain-
age , sewer inlets, manholes and catch basins,
and improved on both sides with a concrete curb
and gutter, as said Roads, Avenue and Alley are
shown on Plats recorded in Plat Book No . 6, Pages
5 and 30, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser-
vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid-
ed for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall 'be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Highway Improvement H-112, , and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District H-I12.
