DISTRICT SK-63 SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-63 III
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SK-63 A four and one-half foot concrete sidewalk on the
East side of Collins Avenue from the South Line
of Forty-Fourth Street , produced easterly, to the
North Line of the said FOrty-Fourth Street , and
on the North side of the said Forty-Fourth Street
from the said. East Line of that portion of the
said Collins Avenue south of the said Forty-Fourth
Street to the East Line of that portion of the said
Collins Avenue North of the said Forty-Fourth
Street, and on the said East Side of the said Col-
lins Avenue from the said North Line of the said
Forty-Fourth Street to the Northerly Point of tan-
gency of a curve , said curve lying and being along
the Easterly Line of the said Collins Avenue, at
the intersection of the said Collins Avenue with
Harding Drive, and said curve h,--ving a radius of
235 .97 feet and a central angle of forty-five de-
grees and fifty-six minutes, as said Street , Ave-
nue , Drive . and Curve are shown on Plats recorded
in Plat P,00k No. 5, Pages 7 and 8, in Plat Book
No . 8, Page 61 , in Plat Book No . 9, Page 78, and
in Plat Book No:„ 28, Pages 16 and 28, all of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida , and as
said Forty-Fourth Street is named and designated
in Ordinance No . 232, passed and adopted •by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on January 20th, 1926.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser-
vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein nrovid-
ed -for;_ and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-63, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-63.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of February, A. D. 1930.
