RESOLUTION NO. 2161
DISTRICT WW-13 WHITEWAY IMPROVE-
MENT WW-13
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
WW-13 ALTON ROAD: From the South line of Fifteenth
. Street to the South line of Lincoln Road, to be
improved with a Whiteway Light System of Orna-
mental posts and lamps at approximately every
one hundred and twenty feet on each side of the
said Road, with connections for lighting of the
said Road, as said Roads and Street are shown
on a Plat recorded in Plat Book No . 6, Page 5,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida .
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said improve-
ment and an estimate of the cost thereof, including an esti-
mate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and other
surveys, the inspection and superintendence of the work, the
preparation of plans and specifications and estimates, the
printing and publication of notices and proceedings, the pre-
paration of bonds, interest during construction, legal ser-
vices, abstracts, etc. , and any other expenses necessary and
proper in conducting the proceedings and work herein provid-
for; and the estimated amount to be assessed against each
front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all oroceedings, as-
sessments and bonds as Whiteway Improvement t1.-13, and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for

the cost thereof shall be designated as District WW-13.
