A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR -MITTEN REMON-
STRAATCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AN
ASSESSMENT ROLL.
SANITARY SEWER LATERAL SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
DISTRICT SL-2 IMPROVEMENT SL-2
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 29, of the City
Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 A. N. , March 5th , 195 , at which time all
interested persons may appear and file written objec-
tions to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February 9
