A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING OF
PROPERTY OWNERS FOR -,TRITTEN REMON-
STRANCES TO THE CONFIRMATION OF AY
ASSESSMENT ROLL.

DISTRICT SR-126 PROVEMENT SR-126
WHEREAS, preliminary assessment roll has been com-
pleted by the City Engineer and filed by him with the
City Clerk, on the above described improvement in accor-
dance with the provisions of Section 29, of the City
Charter.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL7.77 by the City Council
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City Clerk
cause notice to be given in accordance with said City
Charter that a meeting of the City Council will be held
at 10:00 A. M. , March 5th , 1930 , at which time all
interested persons may appear and file written objec-
tions to the confirmation of said roll .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of Vebruary
A. D. 1930.
