HIGHWAY DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT H-112 H-112
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 6th day of February , 1930, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-112 , District H-112 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared end filed with the City Clerk -:01ans ! cid spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , inc1udin7 an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City ncuncil would on the 26th day of
February , 1930, t the City Hail in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confir=tion cf said resolution ordering
said improvement , and no objection,3 having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami ,Beach, Florida, that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway - Improvement
H-112 , District H-112 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed.
