RESOLUTION NO . 2196
SANITARY SEWER LATERAL DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT SL-4 SL-4
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 6th day of February , 1930, ordered the Sanitary
Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-4 nistrict SL-4 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement, and whereas due notice
by publication as required by the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 26th day of February
1930, at the City Hall in said City, at 10:00 o ' clock A.M. ,
receive and hear objections of all persons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having been duly considered by
the City Council and found to be not well founded,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement
SL-4- , District SL-4 , be and the same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February
