RESOLUTION NO. 2205
DISTRICT SK-65 SIDEWALK IMPROVE-
MENT SK-65
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TFE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described jmprove-
ment is hereby ordered to be made ; the City Council. hereby
setting forth its intention to proceed under Section 29 of
the City Charter :
SK-65 A five foot concrete Sidewalk on both sides of
Sheridan Avenue from West Twenty-Eighth Street
to West Thirty-Fourth Street;
As said Avenue and Streets. are shown on Plats
recorded in Plat Book No . 4, Page 154 and in
Plat Book No . 6, Page 111, of the Public Re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and. to file
with the City Clerk plans and specifications of said
].m-
provement and an estimate of the cost thereof , including an
estimate of the cost of the expenses of preliminary and oth-
er surveys , the inspection and superintendence of the work ,
the preparation of plans and specifications and estimates ,
the printing and publication of notices and g
preparation of bonds , interest during construction , legal
services , abstracts , etc. , and any other expenses necessary
and proper in conducting the proceedings and workherein pro-
vided for; and the estimated amount to be assessedagainst
each front foot of abutting property .
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings , as-
sessments and bonds as Sidewalk Improvement SK-65 , and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for
the cost thereof shall be designated as District SK-65 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 26th day of February , A. D. 1930 .
