RESOLUTION NO . 2214
HIGHWAY DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT H-117 H-117
WHEREAS, the City Council, •by resolution passed and
adopted on the 6th day of February , 1930, ordered the
Highway Improvement H-117 , District H-117 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council has
prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and specifica-
tions of such improvement and an estimate of the cost
thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the inciden-
tal expenses of said improvement , and imhereas due notice
by publication as reciuired oy the City Charter has been
made that the City Council would on the 26th day of February,
1930, at the City Hail in said City, at 10:00 o 'clock A.M. ,
receive and hear objections of all nersons interested to
the confirmation of said resolution ordering said improve-
ment, and objections having been presented at the time and
place aforesaid, and same having 'been duly considered by
the City Council and found to be not -:.;;e11 founded ,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Highway Improvement
H-117 , District H-117 , be and the same is hereby confirmed.
