WATERFRONT DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT BP-3 BP-3
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 26th day of February , 1930, ordered the
Waterfront Improvement ement BP-3 , District BP-3 , and
the City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared :and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including. an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 12th day of
Marchs l���9 30, at. the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. :_. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections havi ng been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
City of Miami Beach, Florida., that the said resolution of
said City Council ordering said Naterfrant Improvement
BP-3 , District BP-3 , be and the same is hereby con-
firmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March
