SANITARY SEWER LATERAL
IMPROVEMENT SL-5 DISTRICT SL-5
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 26th day of February, 1930, ordered the
Sanitary Sewer Lateral Improvement SL-5, District SL-5,
and the City Engineer, under direction of the City Coun-
cil, has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and
specifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof, including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 12th day of
March, 1930, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution order-
ing said improvement, and no objections having been pre-
sented at the time and place aforesaid,
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the said resolu-
tion of said City Council ordering said Sanitary Sewer
Lateral Improvement SL-5, District SL-5, be and the
same is hereby confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 12th day of March, A. D.
