RESOLUTION NO . 2235
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, CANCELLING
CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENT BONDS AUTHOR-
IZED TO BE ISSUED AS OF JULY 1st, 1929,
AND CERTAIN IMPROVEMENT BONDS SERIES "L"
AUTHORIZED TO BE ISSUED AS OF JULY 1st,
1929.
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and to the best in-
terests of the City of Miami Beach that no further bonds
of the Public Improvement Issue authorized in Resolution
No. 2011, to be issued as of July 1st , 1929, be printed
or sold after the sale of that portion of said issue as
specified in Resolutions Nos. 2042 and 2045, respective-
ly, and,
WHEREAS, it is deemed advisable and to the •best in-
terests of the City of Miami Beach that no further bonds ,
of the Improvement Bonds Series "L" Issue authorized in
Resolution No. 2004, to be issued as of July 1st , 1929,
be printed or sold after the sale of that portion of said
issue as specified in Resolution No. 2042,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the following
described bonds, heretofore authorized for issuance by
Resolutions Nos. 2011 and 2004, respectively, be and are
hereby cancelled:
