RESOLUTION NO. 2239
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF .

THE CITY OF MIAMT BEACH, FLORIDA, ___ -
AUTHORIZING THE LIBRARY AND ART IN-
STITUTE OF MIAMI BEACH TO ERECT A
LIBRARY IN COLLINS PARK.
WHEREAS, The Library and. Art Institute of
Miami Beach, Incorporated, has filed with the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
a plot plan, showing the proposed location of a
memorial library in Collins Park in said City, and
WHEREAS, said plan meets with the approval
of the said City Council,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that permis-
sion is herebY given to the said The Library and
Art Institute of Miami Beach, Incorporated, to
erect upon said Collins Park a library and art in-
stitute, according to the plot plan filed with said
Council, a copy of which is hereto attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of April, A.D.
