Resolution 2244 RESOLUTION NO. 2244
WHEREAS, The Bath Club proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a concrete seawall on Indian Creek off Lot 20
and the North 100 feet adjoining thereto of Block 2,
Amended Plat of Second Ocean Front Subdivision, with-
in the municipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as
shown upon drawing marked:
"PLAN TO ACCOMPANY APPLICATION BY
BATH CLUB,
FOR PERMIT TO CONSTRUCT CONCRETE SEA WALL
ON INDIAN CREEK, MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
WATSON & GARRIS, CIVIL ENG'RS .
MIAMI, FLORIDA
APRIL - 1930. "
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said The
Bath Club will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem,
bled, that the said City Council waives, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
'
struct ion.
