Resolution 2250 RESOLUTION NO. 2250
WHEREAS, William Sparks proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a concrete pier and concrete and steel bulkhead in Sun-
set Lake off Lot 6, Block 15, Sunset Lake Subdivision,
within the municipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as
shown upon three drawings designated Sheet 1 of 3, Sheet
2 of 3 and Sheet 3 of 3, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT A CONCRETE PIER & CONCRETE &
STEEL BULKHEAD IN SUNSET LAKE
421 .2 NORTH BAY ROAD
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
WILLIAM SPARKS, OWNER
G. M. WHITTAKER, AGENT APRIL 28, 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said William
Sparks will not interfere with any plans for work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled, thatt
the said City Council waives, and it does hereby waive,
all objections to the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of May, A. D. 1930.
