ever, that waivers of objectionsp ,
to said construction are
also received from the adjoining property g p p y owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City
of Miami Beach, Florida, Council
da, in legal meeting assembled, that
the said City Council waive , and it does
all objections hereby waive,
to the said proposed construction.
