WHITEWAY DISTRICT
IMPROVEMENT WW-14 WW 14
WHEREAS, the City Council, by resolution passed and
adopted on the 21st day of May , 1930, ordered the
Whitewa. Improvement WW-14 , District WW-14, and
tyle City Engineer, under direction of the City Council,
has prepared and filed with the City Clerk plans and spe-
cifications of such improvement and an estimate of the
cost thereof , including an estimate of the cost of the in-
cidental expenses of said improvement , and whereas due no-
tice by publication as required by the City Charter has
been made that the City Council would on the 4th day of
June , 1930, at the City Hall in said City at 10:00
o 'clock A. M. , receive and hear objections of all persons
interested to the confirmation of said resolution ordering
said improvement, and no objections having been presented
at the time and place aforesaid,
