Resolution 2266 RESOLUTION NO. 2266
WHEREAS, Mr . William Taradash of Taradash Prop-
erties, Incorporated, Miami Beach, Florida, proposes
to construct a swimming pool in connection with the
building of an eighteen unit apartment building on the
northwest corner of 35th Street and Collins Avenue,
and,
WHEREAS, Mr. Taradash proposes to connect said
swimming pool with the Atlantic Ocean, in order to ob-
tain a supply of salt water for the pool,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, That permis-
sion is hereby granted for the construction of said
water line under Collins Avenue and east through 35th
Street to the Atlantic Ocean, with the understanding
that the work of laying said line be done in a manner
satisfactory to the City Engineer as to its exact lo-
cation and manner of construction; also, that the
street pavement be replaced after laying of the line
in as good condition as it was found before being dis-
turbed, and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the said City Coun-
cil waive any objection to the necessary work in con-
nection with the laying of the ocean end or intake of
said water line.
