RESOLUTION NO. 2267
WHEREAS, Byron D. Miller proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct a boat landing in Indian Creek off Lot 28, In-
dian Eeach Subdivision, within the municipal limits
t of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawing marked:

"PROPOSED BOAT LANDING
IN INDIAN CREEK
AT MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
APPLICATION BY - BYRON D. MILLER
5-5-30"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Byron
D. Miller will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view, provided, how-
ever, that waivers of objections to said construction
are also received from the adjoining property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby
waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.
