RESOLUTION NO. 2268
WHEREAS, S. S . Kresge proposes to make applica-
tion to the War Department for permission to construct
a pier and rip-rap fill in Indian Creek off Lots 8 and
9, Block 1-A, Beach View Subdivision, within the muni-
cipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon two
drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2,
marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO CONSTRUCT A PIER AND RIP-RAP FILL
IN INDIAN CREEK
#5625 Pine Tree Drive
Miami Beach, Fla.
Mr. S. S. Kresge, Owner
Fred E. Zurwelle, Eng1r
May 15, 1930. "
and,
-
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said S. S.
Kresge will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view, provided, how-
ever, that waivers of objections to said construction
i are also received from the adjoining property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of June , A. D.
1930.
