Resolution 2270 RESOLUTION NO. 2270
WHEREAS, Emma R. Wemmer proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to re-
place concrete bulkhead in Indian Creek off Lot 3,
Flamingo Bay Subdivision No. 1, within the municipal
limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon two
drawings marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
TO REPLACE A CONCRETE BULKHEAD
IN INDIAN CREEK
#4115 PINE TREE DRIVE - MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
EMMA R. WEMMER, OWNER
ZURWELLE & WHITTAKER CO . ENGINEERS
MIAMI BEACH MAY 29, 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Emma
R. Wemmer will not interfere with any plans for work
which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.

1930.
