RESOLUTION NO. 2273
WHEREAS, Mark C. Honeywell proposes to make ap-
plication to the War Department for permission to
dredge bottom in Indian Creek off Lots 40 and 41, In-
dian Beach Corporation's Subdivision, within the muni-
cipal limits of Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon
two drawings designated Sheet 1 of 2 and Sheet 2 of 2,
marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APP.
TO DREDGE BOTTOM IN INDIAN CREEK
OFF LOT # 40 & # 41, INDIAN BEACH CORP. SUB.
FOR MARK C . HONEYWELL - OWNER
AUGUST GEIGER, ARCHITECT - REP .
JUNE 4, 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Mark
C. Honeywell will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con- •
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 6th day of June , A. D.
