Resolution 2274 RESOLUTION NO. 227+
WHEREAS, Frank E. Gannett proposes to make appli-
cation to the War Department for permission to con-
struct groynes in the Atlantic Ocean off Lot 245, First
Ocean Front Subdivision, within the municipal limits of
Miami Beach, Florida, as shown upon drawing marked:
"PROPOSED GROYNS IN ATLANTIC OCEAN
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
APPLICATION BY: FRANK E. GANNETT
DATE: MAY 29, 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and con-
sidered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Frank E.
Gannett will not interfere with any plans for work which
the said City Council has in view, provided, however,
that waivers of objections to said construction are also
received from the adjoining property owners,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of Miami Beach, Florida., in legal meeting assembled,
that the said City Council waive, and it does hereby
waive, all objections to the said proposed construction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of June, A. D.
1930.
