STORM SEWER II!PROVE-
MENT SR-127 DISTRICT SR-127
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improve- _
ment is hereby ordered to be made; the City Council here-
by setting forth its intention to proceed under Section
' 29 of the City Charter:
SR-127 The laying underground of a 15" Terra Cotta
Storm Sewer or a. 15" Concrete Storm Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
In and across N. Bay Road along the Norther-
ly line of Lot 9, Block 15 of Sunset Lake
Subdivision as it is shown on the Amended
Plat of the same, produced Easterly, from a
point at or near the West curb of said N.
Bay Road to the Westerly line of the said N.
Bay Road;
In an Easement along the said. Northerly line
of Lot 9, Block 15, from the said Westerly
line of N. Bay Road to Sunset Lake;
The laying underground of an 18" Terra Cotta.
Storm Sewer or an 18" Concrete Storm Sewer
and necessary manholes and aourtenances;
In and across N. Bay Road_ along the Norther-
ly line of Lot 17, Block 15-B of Resubdivi-
sion of Lots 16 to 21 inclusive, Block 15
of the Amended. Sunset Lake Subdivision, pro-
duced Easterly, from a point at or near the
center line of the said. N. Bay Roadto the
said Westerly line of N. Bay Road;
In an Easement along the said Northerly line
of Lot 17, Block 15-B from thesaid Westerly
line of N. Bay Road to the Westerly line of
said. Lot 17;
At or near the center of W. Twenty-seventh
Street from a. point a.t ,or near the center
line of Alton Road to a point at or near
the said center line of said N. Bay Road;
The laying underground of a 21" Terra. Cotta
Storm Sewer or a. 21" Concrete Storm Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of the said N. Bay
Road from a point at or near the center line
of the said. W. Twenty-seventh Street to a
ooint at or near the center line of W. Twen-
ty-ninth Street;

point at or near the intersection of the
said center line of N. Bay Road with the

South of Biscayne Waterway to the said. Bis-

near the .said center line of N. Bay Road;
The laying underground of a 24" Terra Cotta .
Storm Sewer or a 24" Concrete Storm Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of the said W. Twenty-
third Street from a point at or near the
said center line of N. Bay Road to the said
Sunset Lake;
At or near the center of the said W. Twenty-
ninth Street from a point at or near the
said center line of N. Bay Road to the said
Sunset Lake;
As sa.id_Lots, Blocks, Lines, Roads, Streets,
Subdivision, Resubdivision, Lake and Water-
way are shown" on Plats recorded in Plat Book
No . S at Page 52, and in Plat Book No . 9 at
Page l45 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature , character and size of said im_nrove-
ment be subsequently determined in conform-
ity with one of such descriptions;

Which Storms Sewers the City Council declares
to be a. special benefit to all of the prop-
erty embraced within the following described
district:
Beginning at a point Twenty feet Southerly
of the Southerly line of Biscayne Waterway
and Two Hundred and Fifty feet Easterly of
the Easterly line of Alton Road; thence
Southerly along a line Two Hundred and Fifty
Feet Easterly of and congruent to the said

tion with a line Four Hundred and Fifty Feet
Northerly of and parallel to the Northerly
line of Dade Boulevard; thence Westerly along.

As said Lots, Blocks, Lines, Roads, Avenue,
Boulevard, Subdivision, Resubdivision, and
Waterway are shown on Plats recorded in Plat
Book No . 8, at Page 52, Plat Book No. 9, at
Pages lug- and 11-5, and Plat Book No. 6, at
Page 115, of the Public Records of Dade Coun-
ty, Florida.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to
file with the City Clerk plans and specifications of
each kind of said improvement and an estimate of the
cost ofeach, including an estimate of the cost of the
expenses of preliminary and other surveys, the inspec-
tion and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the print-
ing and publication of notices andproceedings, the
preparation of bonds, interest during construction,
legal services; abstracts, etc". , and any other expenses
necessary and Proper in conducting the proceedings and
work herein orovid.ed for; and the estimated amount to be
assessed against each thousand square feet of abutting
property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings,
assessments and bonds as Storm Sewer Improvement SR-127,
and the property against which assessments therefor may
be made for the cost thereof shall be designated as Dis-
trict SR-127 .
