A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE CITY
ENGINEER TO MAKE APPLICATION TO THE
WAR DEPARTMENT OF THE UNITED STATES
FOR PERMISSION TO DREDGE IN INDIAN
CREEK
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Ed R. Neff, City Engineer for said City, be,
and he is hereby directed and authorized to make appli-
cation to the War Department of the United States for
permission to dredge sand fill from the bottom of Indian
Creek in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, as specified
on drawing prepared by said City Engineer to accompany
said application to the War Department for said permit,
designated Sheet 1 of 1, marked:
"PLAN OF GENERAL LAYOUT
PROPOSED DREDGING
IN INDIAN CREEK
AT MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
AUGUST 27, 1930
APPLICATION BY CITY OF MIAMI BEACH FLA.
ED R. NEFF, CITY ENGINEER"
and,
Said Ed R. Neff is hereby authorized to make such
application in the name of said City or in his own name
as representative of the said City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 27th day of August, A. D.
1930.
