BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That Resolution No. 2298, ordering the construc-
tion of Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-144, passed and
adopted the 20th day of August, 1930, be and the same
is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 3rd day of September,
