RESOLUTION NO. 2312
DISTRICT SR-14SANITARY SEWER
IMPROVEMENT SR-144
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
That the construction of the following described improvement is
hereby ordered to be made; the City Council hereby setting; forth
its intention to proceed under Section 29 of the City Charter:
SR-144 The laying underground of an 8" Terra
Cotta or an 8" Concrete Sanitary Sewer
and necessary manholes and appurtenances;
At or near the center of Twenty-seventh
Street from the center line of Collins
Avenue to a point 2551 Westerly of said
center line of Collins Avenue;
Together with a 6" Terra Cotta or a 6"
Concrete Sewer Lateral to the street line
of Lot 6, Block 9;
As said Avenue, Street, Lot and Block are
shown on a Plat recorded in Plat Book 5,
Pages 7 and 8 of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida, and a-s said Street is named
and designated in Ordinance No. 232;
And it is hereby directed that the material,
nature, character, and size of said improve-
ment be subsequently determined in conformity
with one of such descriptions.
The City Engineer is hereby directed to prepare and to file with
the City Clerk plans and specifications of each kind of said im-
prove:ment and an estimate of the cost of each, including an es-
timate of the cost of expenses of preliminary and other surveys,
the inspection and superintendence of the work, the preparation
of plans and specifications and estimates, the printing and pub-
lication of notices and proceedings, the preparation of bonds,
interest during construction, legal services, abstracts, etc. ,
and any other expenses necessary and proper in conducting the
proceedings and work herein provided for; and the estimated amount
to be assessed against each front foot of abutting property.
This Improvement shall be designated in all proceedings, assess-
ments and bonds as Sanitary Sewer Improvement SR-11111 , and the
property against which assessments therefor may be made for the
cost thereof shall be designated as District SR-11--4.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 17th day of September, A. D. 1930.
