A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIOTS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF TWO
HIGHWAY IMPROVE"TENTS.
HIGHWAY IMPROVEMENTS DISTRICTS
H-111 end H-112 H-ill and H-112
WHEREAS, Highway Improvements H-111 and H-112,
Districts H-111 and H-112, have been completed and
acceptance of said improvements recommendedby the
City Manager and City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, that the
City Clerk cause notice to be 7:iven in accordance
with the Charter of said. City, that a meeting of the
City Council will be held at 10 o 'clock A. M. , Octo-
ber 15th, 1930, at the City Hall, at which time and
place said City Council will hear any objections of
persons interested in or affected by the saidim-
provements as to the acceptance thereof by the City
Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 4th day of October, A. D.
1930.
