A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, VACATING
THAT PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY WHICH
EXTENDS IN AN EASTERLY AND WESTERLY DI-
RECTION THROUGH BLOCK ONE (1) OF NURSERY
SUBDIVISION OF MIAMI BEACH BAY SHORE COM-
PANY IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
ALSO VACATING A CERTAIN EASEMENT IN SAID
BLOCK .
WHEREAS, this body has been petitioned by the owners
of all lots abutting upon that portion of a public alley
which extends in an Easterly and Westerly direction through
Block numbered One (1) of Nursery Subdivision of Miami
Beach Bay Shore Company in the City of Miami each, Flor-
ida , es recorded in Plat Book No . 23 at Page 66 of the h,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, to vacate that por-
tion of such alley, and also to vacate that certain ease-
ment five (5) feet off of the sides shown of Lots 1 to 7
and 19 to 25, Block 1, of said Subdivision, as indicated
by dotted lines upon said plat, heretofore purported to be
dedicatedto the Public of the City of Miami Beach, Flor-
ida, for use in laying and maintaining serer and water-
mains, power-, telephone-, and telegraph wires, installed
by the said City or any utility Company having franchise
from said City for any such purposes, and it appearing
that all of the owners who might be injuriously affected
by such proposed vacations are in favor of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That all of the public alley which extends in an
Easterly and Westerly direction through Block numbered
One (1) of Nursery Subdivision of Miami Beach Bay Shore
Company, recorded in Plat Book No . 23 at Page 66 of the
Public Records of Dade County, Florida, and that cer-
tain easement five (5) feet off of the sides shown of
Lots 1 to 7 and 19 to 25, Block 1, of said Subdivision,
as indicated by dotted lines upon said plat, be and the
same are hereby vacated, discontinued and abandoned.
