BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That notice has been given, as reouired by the
Charter of said City, that at a. meeting of said City
Council to be held at 10:00 o 'clock A. M. , October
15th, 1930, it would hear any objections of persons
interested in or affected by the above designated
improvement as to the acceptance thereof, and no ob-
jections having been presented, said improvement, as
completed, be and the same is hereby accepted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of October,
A. D. 1930.
