RESOLUTION NO . 2321
WHEREAS, DR. JOSEPH H. ADAMS proposes to make
application to the War Department for permission
to dredge, fill and bulkhead islands in North Bis-
cayne Bay South of Seventy-ninth Street Causeway,
within the municipal limits of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, as shown upon four drawings desig-
nated Sheet 1 of 4, Sheet 2 of 4, Sheet 3 of 4 and
Sheet 4 of 4, marked:
"SKETCH TO ACCOMPANY PERMIT APPLICATION
FOR DREDGING, FILLING AND BULKHEADING
ISLANDS IN NORTH BISCAYNE BAY
SOUTH OF SEVENTY-NINTH STREET CAUSEWAY
FOR DR. JOSEPH H. ADAMS
MIAMI BEACH, FLA.
H. W. THOMAS AGENT FOR THE OWNER
SEPTEMBER 26th 1930"
and,
WHEREAS, said plans have been presented to and
considered by the City Council, and
WHEREAS, the work contemplated by the said Dr.
Joseph H. Adams will not interfere with any plans for
work which the said City Council has in view,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of Miami Beach, Florida, in legal meeting assem-
bled, that the said City Council waive, and it does
hereby waive, all objections to the said proposed con-
struction.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this the 15th day of October,
