A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING
OF PROPERTY OWNERS FOR OBJEC-
TIONS TO THE ACCEPTANCE OF SAND
FILL PROJECT AT OCEAN FRONT
BULKHEAD.
SAND FILL PROJECT
AT OCEAN FRONT BULKHEAD DISTRICT BP-3
WHEREAS, Sand Fill Project at Ocean Front Bulk-
head, District BP-3, has been completed and acceptance
of said improvement recommended by the City Manager
and City Engineer.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-
cil of the City of Miami Beach, Florida , that the City
Clerk cause notice to be given in accordance with the
Charter of said City, that a meeting of the City Coun-
cil will be held at 10 o 'clock A. M. on November 5th,
1930, at the City Hall, at which time and place said
City Council will hear any objections of persons in-
terested in or affected by the said improvement as to
the acceptance thereof by the City Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 22nd day of October, A. D.
